The Crime Research & Intelligence for Mission Effectiveness (C.R.I.M.E.) Analyst Training & Certification Program is a specialized training experience built for law enforcement agency crime analysts. Designed by law enforcement for law enforcement, this program equips analysts with the critical skills and tools needed to transform raw data into actionable intelligence—supporting investigations, patrol operations, and strategic command decisions.

This course will benefit:

  • Current or newly hired crime analysts working in law enforcement
  • Officers or staff transitioning into crime analysis role
  • Civilian professionals supporting investigative or strategic functions
Class meets every Thursday (8 hrs) and is a combination of remote and in-person. There is no class on 7/2/26.This course is in co-sponsorship with the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Analyst Network (WILEAN) and North Central HIDTA. Refer to the class flyer for specific learning focus areas and program outcomes.
