Schedule & Cost

Date: Friday, April 26th, 2024. (Registration will CLOSE at 11:59pm on April 23rd)
Time: 14:00 (EST) (1.5-2 hrs long)
Cost: $15 for one person, $20 for two people, and $40 for 3-4 people (If you'd like to participate on a team but don't have one, email us at [email protected] and we can connect you with others in the same position.)

Description & Format
 

OSINT Party is a series of fun OSINT (open source intelligence) challenges which help participants test their OSINT skills and learn some new ones! You will work alone or in a team of up to 4 people to answer the various challenges and each answer unlocks new questions. Each correct answer will award points, and the team with the most points at the end of the challenge will win the challenge! At the end of the session, we'll go through all the answers together and you will receive an answers document with OSINT tools and techniques. 

The OSINT Party will be conducted via Zoom. You will receive your zoom invitation prior to the event. In addition, you will also be required to use an online platform to take part in the OSINT challenges. You will receive additional information about how to connect to this platform prior to the start of the event, once registration has closed.

Registration

You must register as part of a team, which can range in size from 1 to 4 people. We recommend participating as larger teams to earn the highest number of points. Team members do not need to be physically located together, although it may help. You will need a unique team name and will need to designate a team lead who will register the team (who will then provide names and emails for each person). You do not have to be an IACA member to participate, but if any of the team participants are IACA members, please be sure to use the same email address associated to their account on the registration form. 

Registration will CLOSE at 11:59pm on April 23rd and late registrations will not be accepted. If any of your team members are IACA volunteers, please email us directly at [email protected] to register your team.

Continuing Education credits/Certificates

All registrants who are IACA members will receive Continuing Education Credits and you may request a certificate if you want one. In order to receive CEU credits, please provide your IACA member number at the time of registration. (You can find this information in your member profile.)
